All absentee and telephone bids are executed confidentially and competitively. 

Jack Eubanks Auctions, LLC (the "Company"), will only accept absentee and telephone bids in accordance with the Conditions of Sale and the following:

1. All absentee bids and/or telephone bid requests must be in our gallery by 6PM the day prior to the auction. We cannot guarantee the implementation of bids received after that time.

2. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute bids for any reason whatsoever .

3. Absentee bids are entered for the lowest amount and then incrementally raised using the prevailing increments. For example, a $200 bid might start out at $100 and be raised in $10 increments up to, but not exceeding, the maximum bid amount. We will purchase for you at the lowest incremental price possible. In the event that identical bids are submitted, the earliest bid will prevail.

4. Absentee bids require a minimum opening bid of $25.

5. A telephone bid constitutes an opening bid of $100, or the published minimum opening bid, whichever is greater.

6. We require a valid MasterCard or Visa number to secure your absentee/telephone bid. We reserve the right to require that absentee/telephone bids be accompanied by a 25% deposit.

7. Successful absentee bidders will be notified within three business days, after the auction, by phone or fax.  Unsuccessful bidders will not be notified.

8. The balance of purchase price will be charged out (credit card) on auction day unless prior arrangements have been made. You will also need to complete our Credit Card Authorization Form. Payment with cash or approved check for successful absentee/telephone bids is required within 5 days of the auction. A 13% Buyer's Premium, 3% discount with cash or approved check, and appropriate Sales Tax will be added to the bid price on all lots sold.

9. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide the Company proper documentation.

10. We reserve the right to hold purchases until check clears or money can be wired into the Company account.

11. Once bid is placed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn after 6PM the day prior to the auction, due to processing time.
